Bullet Traps > Granular Ballistic Rubber
Granular Ballistic Rubber captures ammunition intact and prevents splatter and ricochet and 99% of airborne lead. It is used for:
- reclining bullet traps and back-stops
- as a filler for the GCE Ballistic Containment Boxes (patent pending).
The rubber is delivered in tote bags or bulk according to requirement.
The Granular Rubber is delivered in a clean state. It can be fire-retardant treated.
Rubber Spec
Granular Ballistic Rubber is recovered rubber that is cleaned of metal and cloth contaminant. It is graded and can be fire-retardant treated according to requirement.

Delivered in 1 tonne tote bags.
Dimensions
Graded with selected dimensions between 10mm and 19mm.
Fire Retardant
The rubber can be coated with a flame retardant binder, suitable for natural and synthetic materials and for internal and external use. The retardant cannot be washed out of the substrate once applied.
