Founder and Chairman
Andy founded ShootHouse in 2000 when he identified a gap in the market for Use of force Simulation. He has lead the launch and growth of ShootHouse since then and diversified globally the company's offerings. Andy is the Chairman of ShootHouse and leads our Global Advisory Council in addition to supporting our largest and most important clients.
LEWIS DANN
Senior Vice President, Commercial
Lewis joined ShootHouse in 2023, having spent several years in Sales leadership and Commercial Management. Lewis is the driving force behind our VIPER Product Development in addition to working with our clients to ensure their business outcomes are met. Lewis manages our overall Commercial function.
IAN ROBINSON
Non-Executive Director
Ian has spent the last 30 years building his career as a Management Consultant where he has helped Global Organisations define and solve their business and technolgy challenges. He has led Global Alliances with Technology Partners and built joint Go To Market teams. Previously a Managing Director at Accenture, Ian now supports the ShootHouse team as a Non-Executive Director specifically in the areas of Strategy, Product Development and Strategic Partnerships.
BEN ROBINSON
Marketing Lead
Ben is a student at the University of Exeter and works as ShootHouse's Marketing Lead alongside his studies. With experience growing small business's digital footprints, Ben's role focuses on scaling ShootHouse's social media footprint, supporting Client Centric Marketing projects and exploiting opportunities for digital growth.
Sally Dann
Chief Financial Officer
Sally is the Chief Financial Officer of Shoothouse and has decades of experinece in both Management and Financial Accounting. Sally is responsible for our Financial and HR fucntions and supports the leadership team on the commercial pricing and fiscal management of our projects.
